This automatic hair curler comes in recyclable packaging, primarily a cardboard box with a light plastic bag and paper wrapping for the protective mat. The device itself is surprisingly light but feels durable and has a sleek design with a good-length cord. ​Before using, it's essential to read the instructions and watch the instructional video, as this isn't a "plug-and-go" device. The buttons are small and can be a little fiddly but once you get the hang of them, its straight forward. Hence rated 4 I have thick, coloured hair and the curler performed very well, creating soft, long-lasting curls in just 30 minutes with minimal effort. ​A word of caution though: the curls come out hot, so I suggest using a heat protectant, especially for colour-treated hair. Overall, I think it's a great product that delivers salon-style curls and comes highly recommended for occasional use.

This product was great d the curls stayed in for at least two days. The wand is quite heavy though and I had to take a few breaks after a while as my arm ached.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which was a pleasant surprise for someone like me who isn't particularly skilled in hair. I found the curlers simple to use and am very happy with the results. I decided to start with the lowest temperature setting, which was a game changer! The gentle heat gave me wavy, long lasting curls, and my hair didn't snag once. After four beeps, which let me know it was time to release, I was left with smooth, wavy curls. I received compliments and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the results. I curled my entire head of hair in under 10 minutes! I can’t recommend these curlers enough!

Each curl it creates is perfect, smooth and shiny. It doesn't tangle your hair and the curls last until the next wash cycle.
