Rated 5 out of 5 by Nico05 from Best hair curling product I absolutely love this hair curling tool. I have polka straight hair & struggle to curl, ive used alsorts of fads etc & nothing. This piece of kit is amazing. Heats up in second, various temperature settings in addition to air, you've a choice to rotate either way or just the same. It took me a few goes to get the hang of it & I found out by practicing. It really is so simple to use, if your prep your hair correctly, use heat protect spray and section using little bobbles or clips and depending on length & thickness of your hair. I have shoulder length & it now takes me total of 15 minutes, start to finish. I cannot recommend this product enough. It's brilliant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re after an easy way to get salon-worthy curls at home, the BaByliss Style Secret Air is a very impressive tool. BaByliss is a quality brand and it feels solid and well-built in the hand. The combination of heat and controlled airflow means it’s gentler on your hair than traditional straighteners or curling tongs. I'm really wary of heat damage, but my hair felt great after using the tool. One of the standout features is the automatic curling technology: you feed small sections of hair into the rotating chamber and it wraps and styles for you. There are multiple heat/airflow settings, timer options, and three direction modes, so you can do everything from soft beachy waves to more glam curls. If like me, your hair is very long or very thick, it will take a bit longer to use because you need to work with smaller sections to avoid tangles and to get consistent curls. It’s not the fastest option if you’re trying to style a very full head of hair in a hurry. There’s a bit of a learning curve to get the best results but once you’ve mastered it, the results are worth it. Letting each curl cool before brushing, or pinning sections after curling, gives long-lasting curls that stay bouncy for days. Overall, this is a really good choice for anyone who loves a professionally styled look but wants something more user-friendly and hair-friendly than a traditional tong.

Normally nothing curls my hair for a long period of time it drops out really quickly. I did my whole hair and it lasted the night. I found it finally easy to use once I found out you have to wait for the beeps to finish. Silly me was impatient. Different heat settings on the curler and different curl settings. My daughter has really thick wavy hair and we managed to do her whole head of hair in 13 minutes.

I’m not good at styling my hair, so I always wear it either poker straight or chucked up in a ponytail. Somehow I end up burning my neck with curling wands and can never figure out which way to curl it. I’ve always been envious of people who can curl their hair beautifully…but no more! I was a bit worried about my hair becoming tangled but as you’ll see from my video, that was not a problem. If the hair gets tangled then the styler bleeps and stops so you can remove your hair. Finally I managed to curl my hair by myself! It really is foolproof. Switch the styler on, select the heat setting, the length of time for each curl and the direction. Section your hair and sit one section at a time into the styler. The barrel will turn and pull your hair into it (stopping if it feels resistance), then it will keep turning for the specified time before bleeping to let you know it’s done. You’ll be left with the most amazing curls. The first day I tried it, I didn’t use any products and the curls did fall out after an hour or so. Since then, I make sure to use a little hairspray and my curls last much longer. I absolutely love it, total game changer. It’s quiet to run and comes with its very own heat protective mat for safety when using. Very impressed with this and highly recommend if you (like me) are not the best at creating hair styles.
