Also, the wire that should stop it getting tangled doesn’t spin properly so the wires are constantly tangling in use and makes it unusable

Follow the guide on the video on the Babyliss website on how to use it properly and you won’t be disappointed. My hair is fine and this makes it fuller. Delighted with it.
