At BaByliss, we accept payment through the following methods:

- Pay Later with Klarna
- Pay Over Time with Klarna (on orders over £30)

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of confirmation of your order. All BaByliss products will be sent via DPD next day. Orders for spares will be sent via Royal Mail
We offer FREE delivery on UK orders over £20. Orders under £20 will be charged at £4.99
We only deliver to the UK from www.babyliss.com/uk. Deliveries in other markets may be available through local sites - please check if your country has a site through the country selector at the top of the page

As CustomFX items are made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for them unless the item is faulty. CustomFX items include a 2 year warranty
If your item was purchased from babyliss.com/uk, we are unable to offer store returns. Please see our returns policy and follow the instructions to send an item back.
If you purchased your item elsewhere, you may be able to return your purchase to store - please see your retailers return policy for more information
Once we have received the item into our warehouse, we aim to process a refund onto the original payment card within two weeks..
We offer FREE returns via Royal Mail within 30 days of purchase.
