I particularly wanted a dryer with controllable heat as so many are way too hot and this fits the bill perfectly. I also like the sliding controls, rather than press on and off buttons - which are more prone to accidental operation - and the removable dust and fluff filter which should be much easier to keep clean. I bought this to replace my previous BaByliss, which gave great service over many years, and I'm not disappointed.

My hair is very frizzy and this hairdryer doesn't make things worse. It's slightly bulky in size compared to dyson for example, but it's not heavy so its fine.
