Pretty and great trimmer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great stubble trimmer, it allows you to adjust the comb to give you control over the length really easily with .1mm gradients, meaning you can find the perfect length.
It is very nice looking also, it isn’t something you need to hide away. You can also remove the comb and it allows you to tidy up the edges of your beard

Comfortable shave with minimal effort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is 1 of the most comfortable shavers I’ve ever used (& had a LOT)… it’s quite chunky but actually fits really well in the hand.
The best thing about this is the wide base which allows the shaver to be stood upright which is a first!
It has a nice digital display on the side showing you battery level & also 1 on the front showing you the length.
The length can be adjusted in 0.2mm increments ranging from 0.4mm to 5mm giving you a massive range. The adjustable head is not removable but can be flipped up allowing you to use the blades on their own for close shave (only issue with this is that it restricts your view a bit).
You get a little bottle of oil & a brush but the head can be rinsed.
It comes with a 3pin plug & a separate lead which is USB C.
I’ll have to give it a few more goes at different length but so far so good👌🏻

Great bit of kit to maintain a short beard!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great bit of kit for anyone that needs to maintain a short beard regularly.
The LED screen looks really well and has 5 markers for how much charge it holds.
Simply use the + and - button to raise or lower the length of the cut. It even remembers your last cut length and lowers when shut down, and raises back to set length when powered up.
The guard can be lifted and locked back to get a closer cut with no guard at all.
Plus its totally water proof if you wanted to use it in the shower. Great for giving it a clean after use. Brush and oil provided to keep it maintained too.

Modern, and sleek trimmer packed with features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The trimmer looks very modern, stylish and expensive, especially with the metal body and the digital display. I liked the floating head on the trimmer as it helps with shaving the contours on my neck. The fact that the trimmer has adjustable cutting lengths and not having the need to change combs is quite useful. The battery life is quite good and I am sure if it is as good as it is on the box, I can get 7-8 shaves on one full charge. It would have been nicer to have a charging dock for the trimmer though.

Stylish and comfortable trimmer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions that struck me after opening the box is the sheer size of the trimmer - sits closer in size to a standard pair of hair clippers than my usual trimmer, though that's not necessarily a criticism. Feels very premium with its metal construction and decent weight too. The electronic guard is responsive to the digital controls, and the springy guard is very comfortable following the contours of the face. The blades cut through stubble effortlessly and the battery life lasted multiple shaves without needing a charge (quoted 90 mins on a full charge).
This might be an excellent trimmer for someone who has stubble at a single length, however I found the guard made it impossible to accurately trim to a line, as it's difficult to see where the guard ends and the blades sit. The size of the unit might make it a little tricky to do neat lines too! Also slightly disappointing that the guard doesn't go down to 0mm, and it tops out at 5mm too, so that limits the amount of designs possible.

stylish and functional

This trimmer works very well and the blades have kept their sharpness so far.
It’s comfortable to hold and the batteries last a long time. It’s easy to use with the attachments for all types of trimming.

Overall great stubble trimmer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BaByliss Super X Metal Stubble Trimmer is, overall, a fantastic trimmer with precision cutting and solid build quality, with lengths ranging from 0.4mm to 5mm. The Japanese Steel blades cut through stubble really well and feel incredibly sharp, leaving a very even finish after the first use. Paired with the superb lithium battery life (90-minute run time) and the handy charging stand, this trimmer feels like a robust, professional tool. It’s also fully washable and great for wet or dry use.
However, there are a few practical design choices that prevent this from being a five-star device.
Firstly, there is a clear design flaw with the buttons. To hold the shaver firmly, your hand naturally rests right where the length adjustment buttons are, meaning you have to be very careful not to accidentally press them while trimming. It’s a simple ergonomic oversight, I would prefer if the button was placed properly. While the 0.2mm digital adjustments are precise, I still slightly prefer the guaranteed stability of my old-fashioned physical cutting clips.
Secondly, and my main functional criticism, you cannot remove the top clip section to use this as a full hair trimmer. For a device with this level of power and blade quality, this is a significant limitation and a real shame. Finally, while cleaning is easy, the brush they provide in the box is rubbish.
Despite these minor frustrations, the Super X’s cutting performance and battery reliability are outstanding, just be prepared to adjust your grip.

A cut above
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new go to stubble trimmer. I’ve been trying to replace my old trimmer for a while but nothing I’ve used has been as good. Fortunately this BaByliss stubble trimmer is better in every way.
The electrically adjustable guard means no carrying other guard sizes with you and a lockable power button also makes it great for travel. Charging is quick and being able to put 5 mins of charge in for a single shave from flat is very handy when you’ve let it run empty and need to get a shave in before going out.
It’s very comfy and I can shave quicker than my old one without catching my skin. Another bonus is being able to lock the guard out of the way for a closer shave where you need to be more precise. If the range of stubble length fits what you are after then I can heartily recommend this trimmer. It looks great too!
